1. General Information

 

Blissful Restelo offers luxury short-term rental accommodation in Cascais. These Terms govern the use of our website, booking process, and related services.

2. Bookings

    •    All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

    •    Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

    •    Full payment may be required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

    •    A valid ID and security deposit may be required upon check-in.

3. Payment & Security Deposit

• All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• A 50% payment is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

• Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at checkout.

• Currency conversion fees or international transaction charges may apply depending on your payment provider.

3.1. Security Deposit

​

• A security deposit of €600 is mandatory for all reservations. This amount must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

• The deposit is held as a guarantee against potential damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules. Provided no such issues are identified, the full amount will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, using the same payment method and in euros.

• Blissful Restelo reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit if any damage, loss, or policy violations occur during the guest’s stay.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount received, issued in euros and based on the net amount credited to our account.

• No refunds are issued for no-shows or early departures.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

    •    Check-in time: 15h00

    •    Check-out time: 10h00

    •    Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities

    •    Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

    •    No smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed unless explicitly permitted.

    •    Any damage caused must be reported and may be subject to repair or replacement fees.

7. Liability

    •    Blissful Restelo is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.

    •    We reserve the right to cancel a booking or terminate a stay without refund in the event of guest misconduct or violation of house rules.
